The dress code is business casual. Temperatures in conference halls fluctuate, having a sweater or jacket with you is recommended.

How do I reserve accommodations at the Marriott Marquis Chicago?
Reservations can be made online, please use this link to access the group rate at the Marriott Marquis. We recommend that you arrive on Monday, October 28th.
Is there a deadline to reserve accommodations at Marriott Marquis Chicago?
The deadline to reserve accommodations is Friday October 11. Once the deadline has passed, the rooms reserved for Customer Summit will be released and open to the public.
Which airport should I fly into?
Chicago Midway International Airport is on the Southwest side of Chicago, and is located approximately 9 miles from the venue. Chicago O'Hare International Airport is located on the city's Northwest Side, and is approximately 20 miles from the venue.
Will parking be available for those driving to the event?
A parking garage is located across the street from the venue at McCormick Place Parking Lot A (2200-2220 S Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616).
Located on the third floor of the garage is a skywalk that connects directly to the venue. Upon crossing the skywalk you will be taken to the second floor of the venue, which is where registration and the event will take place.
Parking vouchers will be made available to Customer attendees upon registering.
What is the weather like in Chicago in October?
In late October, Chicago experiences cooler temperatures ranging from around 60°F during the day to approximately 40°F at night. Arrive prepared for cooler temperatures and potential rain showers.
